Now Hiring - Sales Associate in New Milford, PA

Description

We are a rapidly growing hunting, fishing, and outdoor store located in Northeast, PA. Within our facility we have our own indoor 40-yard 3D archery range, outdoor archery range, 20-yard paper range, archery pro shop, firearms room, full-service café, event pavilion, and also manage our own e-commerce platform. We are looking for someone to join our team and help continue to grow our name with us.

We are not looking for your typical salesman- this position requires some one with experience and knowledge in the outdoors in order to fully and properly assist our customers on making informed purchases.

Our goal is that our customers can put their trust in us to help ensure they are always equipped with the right clothing, gear, or products for whatever their interest or pursuit may be.

Responsibilities

- Engaging with customers and helping them make informed purchases

- Assisting in general storefront organization and changing out products with each season

- Checking customers out, restocking, keeping a clean workspace, etc.

Requirements

- Genuine passion for hunting, fishing and the outdoors

- Friendly personality, able to talk to customers and be approachable

- Willing to learn the brands we carry and stay up to date on the latest product

releases

- Willingness to assist wherever needed and be a team player

- Ability to work in fast paced environment on your own during busy times

- Must be able to take initiative and solve small problems as they come up

This is a position with plenty of room for growth and opportunities for the right person.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
